Organize your warehouse with our rugged, high-strength steel pallet racks. These pallet racks are a unique design including step beams that accommodate flanged cross bars, sheet metal, and wire deck pallet racks and material handling systems ing.

The pallet rack beams adjust on 2" centers. One-piece tubular beams have a continuous seam weld and are interchangeable with other "teardrop" styles. A minimum of 2 pair of beams is required for each storage bay on the pallet rack. Load per beam pair assumes a maximum vertical beam spacing of 60". Safety load locks are attached permanently to each end of the beam. Includes footplates to attach racking to floor. Heavy-duty footplates are available for seismic requirements. Orange Beams and Green Uprights standard.

Now you can have an extremely strong pallet rack system that offers you the flexibility you need to meet changing storage requirements. Column-shaped Safety-Wedge stud and the traditional teardrop keyhole increase rigidity and reduce stress at the beam connection on the pallet racks. Both keyhole and stud have flat sides that offer deeper beam engagement and resistance to pullout. Safety load lock on the pallet rack prevents accidental beam disengagement and offers twice the rated safety capacity recommended by RMI for connection locking devices.

A combination of narrow keyholes and offset rectangular holes along each column give unit greater cross-sectional strength on the pallet rack. Holes are punched every 2 inches for greater flexibility of beam placement. Welds are made to AWS standards to ensure strength and long product life. Corrosion-and scratch-resistant hard-baked enamel finish meets or exceeds all environmental regulations on our pallet racks.

High tensile steel provides higher loading capacity with less weight than conventional pallet racks. Meets or exceeds Rack Manufacturer's Institute, American Iron and Steel Institute specifications. No special tools required to erect our pallet racks. Load-bearing capacity marked on each beam and post.

UPRIGHT - Painted Green -- Panel frame with horizontal and diagonal braces. Slanted locking slots allow adjustment on 3" increments. Beams look six ways - right-to-left, front-to-back and up and down.

BEAMS - Painted Orange -- Baked on enamel over phosphatized surfaces.
Upright frames in Green - Baked on enamel over phosphatized surfaces.
Clear span is measured from inside frame to inside frame.
